In a Nutshell

What is it that fuels you? For me, it's faith and my family, and the crescendo of all that is This Mom's Beef. I'm a small town gal (how cliche), mom of 5 (as of last update) and I love writing. It's not poised, pretty, or anywhere near perfect. We're chaotic and unorganized and messy and if that feels familiar to you or even just catches your attention in a macabre/train wreck you can't look away from kinda way, then follow along. The site is an open and honest platform where I vent and share about how to make the best of what comes my way. I kind of like to think I'm a little bit funny, too. I know my husband does.
